We live in a very quiet area, 6km from the sea and 3 minutes’ walk from the centre of Pont-l'Abbé and its river which flows into the Bay of l'Ile-Tudy – Loctudy. There is a wonderful walk along the towpath beside the river. As well as seaside activities, there are many local markets and events in July and August (Fête des Brodeuses, Festival de Cornouaille, Festival du Bout du Monde, Fish suppers, etc.) and lots of different local specialities to taste, such as crepes, langoustines, crab, lobster, clams and other shellfish.
