Our charming house is located in the heart of Loctudy, 500 m from the Langozou beach at Kervilzic, 200 m from the tennis club (rackets and balls available) and the cultural centre.
The market, port and shops are just a few hundred metres away. Renovated in 2022, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 that can be split into single beds or joined together.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, espresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware always kept in excellent condition.

We fell in love with this house, which once belonged to a fisherman, and renovated it in keeping with its original character. It is bright and welcoming, and very well located in a quiet area. The bedding is of a very high quality and the sleep is peaceful and restful.
You can walk or cycle to the shops and forget about your car for a while. The region offers
