Ground floor: 35m2 living room (with kitchenette) and sleeping area (1 bedroom with double bed (160/200), separate WC and bathroom with shower).
First floor: a landing leads to two bedrooms (one with two singles and the other with a double bed) and a bathroom (with WC and bath).
An enclosed garden surrounds the house, with access to the laundry area in the garage from the outside.
