Former miller's dwelling on the outskirts of an old mill. Completely refurbished this spring. In an exceptional green setting. On the banks of the River Lanvern, which feeds the Moulin neuf pond, a water reserve more than 8 km long. 5 minutes from the town of Plonéour, 15 minutes from the beaches to the west (Tréguennec, Kermabec) or to the south, Kermor, Ile Tudy and Sainte Marine. 20 minutes from Quimper station.

Rate includes cleaning, sheets and beds made on arrival.
On the first level (equivalent to a first floor) a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a lounge/dining room, a room with fold-out sofa.
The second level has 4 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a shared bathroom. Each bathroom has its own toilet.
