The accommodation is light and airy and faces onto Avenue de Bretagne, so you'll be able to see the Anse du Pouldon from your windows and keep up to date with tide levels at a glance. You'll also have a front-row seat to enjoy the colours of the sunsets.

The studio is accessed via an enclosed garden planted with flowers, which you can enjoy, and then via a communal staircase. Formerly Hôtel les Dunes, the building has belonged to the same family since it was built in 1956. Christel, who took over the family business in 2021, will be delighted to share the history of the house with you. She'll also tell you all about the renovations under way, which are part of a sustainable tourism approach.

L'Ile-Tudy is a charming little town bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the estuary of the Pont l'Abbé river. It's the ideal place for sporting activities (running, cycling, hiking) and water sports (sailing, kayaking, paddling, swimming, long-distance sailing, etc.). It's also a place where you can recharge your batteries by enjoying both the beach and the surrounding countryside. Two areas of the commune are part of the Natura 2000 protected areas, giving you the chance to appreciate a preserved natural heritage.
